Spinach

Spinach is a leafy green, rich in nutrients, and packed with vitamins and minerals. Only 85 grams provides over 100% of the daily requirement of vitamin K. It also contains substantial amounts of other vitamins like A, C, E, and B. And it contains minerals such as magnesium, manganese, potassium and calcium.
