Ingredients

2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder

¾ cup light peanut butter

2 tbsp. almond flour

1 whole egg

2 squares 90% dark chocolate, broken into small pieces

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together and then form bite sized cookies, placing on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Remove and let stand for a few minutes prior to serving.
